Kirkpatrick Durham, Kirkcudbrightshire.
We went for a walk this afternoon and came across this stuck car just outside the village. We talked to the guy for a while and then carried on. Round the corner the road was much worse with snow drifts over three feet high covering the road. We met another chap who told us that farther on down the road there were fifteen foot drifts! There was a happy ending for the guy in the photo – his car was towed out by a local farmer and his tractor.
